Almost every call I have received over the last few months has to do with a client getting some type of computer virus. What is going on? I wanted to write an article today to answer a few of the top questions I am asked when recovering a computer that has a virus on it.

We already covered Ctrl + A = Select All. But there is a whole new world out there when it comes to selecting text and objects in the Windows world.

I have been convicted. So many people I visit can't believe how fast I can move around a computer. Well I have been silent too long. I'm going to start a series of posts about those scary KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS that you never got around to using. There is usually a fine line between the time and effort it takes to get rid of a virus through manual removal and scanning and a complete format and reinstall. This article discusses additional considerations when it comes to the decision to remove or reformat.
